Ronnie Dabney, a kind-hearted and adventurous soul, passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 64. Born on May 12, 1961, in Wichita Falls, Texas, Ronnie was a devoted and faithful individual who touched the lives of many.
Ronnie was born to Charlene and Leon Dabney in 1961 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He graduated from Rider High School in 1980. Known for his love of antique trucks and restoring them, Ronnie won several awards and trophies in antique car shows for his exceptional paint and bodywork. His passion extended to rescuing dogs, whom he considered his family.
He loved the Lord and was an attendee at Cowboy Church and Compassion Church. Ronnie's faith was an integral part of his life and legacy.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Leon Dabney, and sister, Susan Dabney. He leaves behind his mother, Charlene Dabney, sister, Debbie Calhoun, nieces, Megan Calhoun and Amanda McWhorter, nephew, Dustin Calhoun, along with five great-nieces and nephews, Kyler, Easten, Wylee, Harper, and Hayden.
