Sally Elaine Ebner Kincaid

Sally Elaine Ebner Kincaid, 73, went on to be with the Lord July 22, 2023, in Wichita Falls, TX. Sally was born November 24, 1949, in Wichita Falls, TX to John and Genevieve Ebner. Sally graduated from Rider High School in Wichita Falls, TX in May 1967. She married Mike Kincaid on January 6, 1971, when Mike was still a junior at Texas A & M University. Sally worked at a pharmacy and at the newspaper in the advertising department in Bryan-College Station, TX allowing Mike to finish college and graduate in May 1972.

Sally was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. She raised a daughter, Katherine and a son, Beau. She also had much to do with the raising of her three grandchildren, Chintzia, Estienne and Breckin Phan.

Sally's passions were crochet, quilting, sewing, dog training, and showing her pure-bred dogs. The dogs in her life were always considered a part of the family. She made all kinds of beautiful afghans and blankets for friends and family and sewed many of her own clothes as well as for other family members. Sally was very artistic and the family displays many of her paintings. Sally was a devoted Christian and was very involved in the church at Faith Village Church of Christ.

Sally is survived by her husband of 52 years, William (Mike) Kincaid, her daughter Katherine and husband Thieu Phan, her son William, Jr (Beau) and wife Lou Ann Kincaid, her two younger brothers Gary Ebner and wife Carol of Stephenville TX, and John Mark Ebner and wife Billie of Fort Worth TX, and her three grandchildren Chintzia, Estienne, and Breckin Phan.

Visitation will be Thursday July 27, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Friday July 28, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Faith Village Church of Christ, 4100 McNiel Ave, Wichita Falls, TX followed by a graveside service at Crestview Cemetery.
