I only met Stephen once. It was on his trip to Detroit to visit a mutual friend of ours. We had such a good time . I believe it was due to the fact that we connected in a way highly unlikely for two ships passing in the night. It was almost as if we had been friends for many years although we had not. I will always remember that weekend. May you rest in peace. A life well-lived. Well done! Your friend in Christ, Paul

Steven was my friend for over 35 years. I will miss him so much. We had many good times together in Austin, Dallas, Frisco, and he would come visit me in Michigan every once in awhile. My condolences to the family, and may he rest in peace with the Lord Jesus.

I am so happy I got to visit with Steve when he was in the hospital. He was such a loving and caring young man. He loved the lord, his sisters and his nieces and nephews. He talked at length about their accomplishments and futures. He was so proud of them. We talked about memories growing up and his battle with this horrible disease. He was such a gentle soul and saw the good in life. I know he will be missed because of his gentle nature and his love for live. He is at rest now and with his parents whom he lived so deeply. He appreciated his sisters so much and all that you both did for him. He loved you both so much. My thoughts and prayers are with your families.
