A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, December 2, 2013 at
Crestview Memorial Park.
Virginia was born May 19, 1964 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a 1982
graduate of Wichita Falls High School. Virginia fulfilled her dream of
graduating from Midwestern State University in December 2012. Virginia’s
internship was at Texas Child Protective Services (CPS). After graduating
she was hired by CPS as a caseworker. Her family, friends and coworkers saw
her fire and passion for doing things for others. She touched so many
people’s lives; adults and children. Virginia was a servant and had many
recipients of her kindness. Virginia volunteered providing transportation
for students at MSU who needed it as well as for events with the Heart
Gallery Adoption program, Rainbow House, special events for Child Abuse
Awareness month, assisting to organize Social Workers Acting Together
(S.W.A.T.) at MSU in cleaning and painting the visitation center at CPS to
provide a colorful atmosphere for the parents and children.
Survivors include her mother Francis P. Rodriguez; brothers, Adolph
Rodriguez of Carrollton, TX, Romualdo Rodriguez of Fresno, CA, Edward
Rodriguez and wife, Leonie of Noranda, Western Australia, and Robert
Rodriguez of Wichita Falls, TX; She was preceded in death by her children,
Karrie Frances Ryle and Manda Glenn Ryle and her father, Antonio Perales
Rodriguez.
To honor Virginia Rodriguez Ryle you may provide a memorial contribution to
Midwestern State University Social Work Department for the Social Workers
Acting Together program or to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
