

Willie was known for his quick wit and playful sense of humor, always ready with a joke to make those around him smile. He lived a full and active life, working a variety of jobs over the years, including at a gas station, Herbie’s Sandwiches, and as the owner of his own bicycle shop. He later retired from the James V. Allred Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
In his younger years, Willie raced dirt bikes and developed a lifelong love of riding. He enjoyed fishing, cycling, and traveling, especially taking motorcycle trips with his late wife, Margie. He was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association and conquered the Hotter’N Hell Hundred multiple times.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Graham; his grandson, Caleb Kyle McWhorter; his parents, Geneva Elizabeth Skinner Graham and SSGT Jack Willard Graham; his uncle, Weldon Arlington “Buster” Skinner; and his aunt, Leta Mae Skinner.
He is survived by his children: son Don Graham and wife Sherry of Harvard, MA; daughter Kristin Johnston and husband Michael of Wichita Falls; daughter Janna Fisher and husband Chris of Plano, TX; and son Jered Graham and wife Mindy of Wichita Falls; his brother, Jack Graham of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren: Nathan Johnston; Gavin, Ethan, and Rachel Graham; Alyssa, Jaylen, and Aynslee Fisher; and Brady and Austin Graham.
Services will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Interment will follow at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park.
