Aaron was a great man and I had the priveledge of having Aaron as our coach when Wayne and I played baseball, Aaron and I worked together at the Maize Police Department, and I personally appreciate all that Aaron did for me while I was growing up and just having the opportunity to know him my entire life. Aaron, thank you for your sacrifice and service to the Maize Community, and other communities for keeping us safe. Rest in peace my friend and deepest sympathy goes out to all of the Bell family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jeff, Jorden, and Peyton Sones.

1 beat was my beat when I was with Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office and I got to work with Aaron and the Maize PD a lot. Then when I became Police Chief of Maize Aaron was always there when needed and took on each task when asked and you knew he'd get the job done.

Aaron was a good man and officer. My life was richer for having known him.

Rest easy, sleep well my brother.
Know the line has held,
your job is done.
Rest easy, sleep well.
Others have taken up where you fell,
the line has held.
Peace, peace, and farewell...
