She was born on March 8, 1946, in Louisiana to Marvin Lee Gibbs and Janet Jennie Tagliaferro McNeil. She married the love of her life, Mark Mercer, on November 20, 1999.
Allie was known for her generous heart and her ability to make friends easily. Family meant everything to her, and she was the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She was a fabulous cook.
Allie is survived by her husband, Mark Mercer; her son, Damon Bradburn; and her siblings, Debbie Gregoire (Doug), and Brett McNeil (Melba).
She was preceded in death by her parents.
