Mitchell, Alta “Vera”, 95, homemaker passed away August 6, 2012. Vera is preceded in death by her husband Keith B. Mitchell. She is survived by son, H. Keith (Carolyn); daughter, Jerry Sue (Joe Lantz); 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Viewing will be Friday 12 to 8 pm with family receiving friends 6 to 7 pm at Resthaven Mortuary. Funeral service is 1:30 pm Saturday, August 11 at Westwood Presbyterian Church. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to Westwood Presbyterian Church.
