

Affectionately known as “Drea” or “Andrea Ana,” she is a devoted wife, daughter, sister, and mother. She graduated from Wichita Heights High School in 1993, where she was well known for her bubbly and welcoming personality. Andrea later attended Wichita State University, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies, with a concentration in Economics. She went on to pursue a successful career in banking and served most recently as the Director of Branch Services at Mid American Credit Union, where she was admired for her dedication and leadership.
Andrea married her high school sweetheart, Michael Wayne Lawrence, in 2009. Together, they shared a life full of love, family, and happiness. Andrea is a proud mother to her daughter, Ashlyn Lofgreen, with whom she created countless cherished memories. She also treasured time spent with her parents, Mario and Mary Salazar, and her twin sister, Angelica (William) Luedke.
Andrea has a passion for traveling, making chunky knit blankets, cooking meals, and reading. She is known for her hard-working, selfless, and caring nature—always putting others before herself and finding immense joy in family gatherings, where her warmth and love brought everyone together. Andrea embraced life with grace and gratitude, welcoming all into her heart. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
She is survived by her loving family: husband Michael Lawrence; daughter Ashlyn Lofgreen; parents Mario and Mary Salazar; twin sister Angelica (William) Luedke; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her two beloved wiener dogs, Remington and Ruger.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Santos and Narcisa Blancarte, and her paternal grandparents, Reyes and Julia Salazar.
A Celebration of Life service for Andrea will be held at Riverlawn Christian Church, located at 4243 N. Meridian Avenue in Wichita, KS, on Saturday, August 9th, at 9:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in honor of Andrea Lawrence. Contributions will go toward creating a meaningful final resting place that celebrates her life and memory. Donations can be made out to Ashlyn Lofgreen.
