Ann Evers-Ritter

Ann was born on October 22, 1940 in Hagenbach, Germany where she grew up being the only girl with 13 older brothers. Ann married Roger Evers on August 7, 1957, while he was stationed in Germany, serving his country in the U.S. Army. Ann later married Leo Ritter in December of 2010 in Wichita, Kansas.

Ann held various jobs; her favorite role however, was being an Oma to her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Ann was an active member of the River City Ladies Club in Wichita, KS and enjoyed playing cards and other activities with her friends in the community.

Ann was preceded in death by: her husbands, Roger Dean Evers, and Leo Frank Ritter, Sr.; parents, Eugene and Elise Herberger; 13 brothers; Son, Dwayne Wesley Evers; Nephew, Heath Jens Laetari; Sister-in-Law, Judy Jo Pendergraft; Brother-in-Law, Daniel "Dan" Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel Raymond Evers (Pamela) of Shawnee, KS and Deborah Ann "Debbie" Ollek of Wichita, KS; and 7 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and furry companion, Charlie.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM ~ 1:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2026; Funeral Service will follow at 1:00PM, both at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209. Service will be Livestreamed, you may find the link below service information and click "Watch Livestream", the day of the service. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Wichita.
