Milligan, Anna L. “Annie”, 86, passed away Oct. 13, 2012. Annie was retired from Paul B. Cooper Elementary School as a food server after 10 years. She enjoyed music. She was preceded in death by her husband Neal F., infant son David and sister Lois Moore. She is survived by sons, Jack D. (Kathleen), Danny L. (Chris); daughters, Kelley L. (Micheal) Humphries, Margaret E. (Paul) Looney-Milligan; brother, Paul D. (Phyllis) Moore; sisters, Phyllis Marie Roe, Wilma Moore, Elaine Cowen and grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral service is 1:00 pm Thursday, Oct. 18 at Resthaven Mortuary with visitation 1 hour prior to service.
