Watkins, Anthony D. “Tony”, 68, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2013. Preceded by his parents BJ and Loretta Watkins. Survived by his brother Jim (Kaye) Watkins of Wichita, one niece and two nephews. Private Graveside Memorial Service will be held on.
