Aric Charles Koscenski

Aric will be remembered by those who loved him as one of the funniest people you could ever meet, someone whose presence could light up a room. He had a deeply loving heart and a gift for making people feel accepted and valued. Aric was the kind of friend who showed up, made people laugh when they needed it most, and stayed loyal to the people he cared about.

Aric proudly served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserve. His service reflected his dedication and willingness to stand for something greater than himself.

Outside of his military service, Aric lived life creatively and fully. He loved making pottery, painting, pole dancing, and traveling. Aric had a curious mind, a playful sense of humor, and a deep appreciation for the world around him. Truthfully, there wasn't much Aric disliked—except perhaps Brussels sprouts, feet, and creepy dolls.

He is survived by his mother, Krista Walls and husband, Kenny Walls. His father, Stephen Koscenski and wife (Momma Debi) Debra Koscenski.

Aric was dearly loved by his grandparents: Grandfather Peter Koscenski and wife Sharon Koscenski, and grandmother Jo Green and husband Alan Green.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Tom Siler.

Aric was also deeply loved by his many siblings: Kelsey Wohlgemuth and Tristan Wohlgemuth, Jessica Kilpatric, Austin Schell, Hanna Siler, Brycen Stewart, Trentin Kilpatric, Dawn Koscenski, Hunter Walls, and Hailey Walls.

Aric's humor, creativity, and love for others leave a lasting mark on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.

A Funeral Service with military honors will be held at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209, on March 21, 2026 at 1pm.

A Celebration of Life will take place March 21, 2026, 6pm to 9pm, at The Sandbox (glass room venue), 2412 N Rock Road, Derby Ks. 67037.
