Our hearts are broken.

You are one of a kind. My Dad and Mom thought so too. Dad enjoyed being an "outlaw" with you by marrying a ten year older model of Carol.

The thanks this morning are to you and to God for you. You were a life saver for Dad at important times in his life. You are a source of good memories and family stories for all of us. I will miss those stories and I will miss you. You always were the epitome of hospitality for all of us Breits.

The best you can say about a person is the model that person provided for all those who lived around him. You set the standard. I will try to follow your example.

When all is said and done I realize what a great gift you have been and will remain until we meet again.
