Copeland, Barbara L., 80, of Wichita, KS passed away Tues. Mar. 8, 2016 in Wichita. Barbara was born on Feb. 19, 1936 in Ottawa, KS the daughter of Henry and Lula Bushnell. Barbara and Jim Copeland were united in marriage on Sept. 19, 1954 in Wichita. Together they celebrated 61 years of marriage. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving husband Jim Copeland of Wichita, children, Leslie Lies, Katheryn Smith, William (Marlene) Copeland all of Wichita, brother, Robert (Nellie) Bushnell of Andover, sister, Wanda Sill of Medicine Lodge, KS, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A graveside will be 2:30pm on Sat. Mar. 12, 2016 at Lakeview Cemetery, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita. Inurnment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Median Shrine Plane of Mercy, 130 N. Topeka St., Wichita, KS 67202.
