Mendoza, Benito L., 94, retired Santa Fe Railroad and CPL WW II Army Veteran, passed away Jan. 14, 2017. He was a volunteer for various organizations including Harvest House. Preceded in death by his parents, Bardomiano & Lupe; son, Eduardo; brother, Rodrigo; sisters, Mary Llamas, Natividad Barron. Survived by his wife of 72 yrs., Mary; son, Martin (Kyle Jacobs); daughter-in-law, Sandra; grandchildren, Brando (Heather), Mario; great grandchildren, Nico, Giovanno, Jaycie Bishop; many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.. Recitation of the Rosary 7 p.m. Tues. at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. Wed., at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
