Bays, Betty Lou, 83, retired Southwestern Bell manager, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, David and Vivian Stull; husband Spencer Bays, and brothers, David and James Stull. Survived by her children: son, Daniel Bays (Kathy); daughters, Theresa Turner, Jane Ballard (Floyd), Mary Raney, Patty Bays, Kathy White (Robert), all of Wichita, KS. Betty is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Rosary, 7pm, Monday, January 14, 2019 Funeral Mass, 10am Tuesday, January 15, 2019 both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery. Memorial can be made to St. Katharine Drexel Catholic School Fund, c/o Catholic Diocese, 424 Broadway, Wichita KS 67202.
