Pittman, Betty (Workman), 79, graduate of East High and Friends University and former longtime Wichita resident, passed away in the Des Moines, WA Mar. 6, 2011. She was born to Leonard and Lorene Workman in Wichita on Nov. 27, 1931. Local graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Fri., Mar. 11, at White Chapel Cemetery, Wichita. She is survived by daughters Christina (Tim) Clark of Easton, CT; Cynthia Hendrickson of Renton, WA; sister Barbara Elwell of Wichita and 6 grandchildren.
