Harris, Billy Wayne “Bill”, 87, beloved husband, dad, grandpa and “g” pa passed away October 21, 2012. Bill was a proud WWII Navy veteran, Iowa State alum, retired design engineer for Boeing and Beech and a devoted family man. He was preceded in death by his son David in 2004. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Yvonne; son Jon of San Francisco, CA; daughter, Melinda (Steve) Pore of Wichita; brother, James of Wichita; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Memorial service is 3:00 pm Tuesday, Oct. 30 at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel.
