Millspaugh, Billie Jeanne, 85, devoted wife, mother, nana, great-grandmother, sister, & friend, passed away March 11, 2011, the birthday of her late husband, Bill. Survived by son: Dave (Sharri) Millspaugh; daughter: Bobbie Horn; grandchildren: Brittany (John) Smutny, Erica, Alex, Mac Millspaugh, & Donny & Mike Horn; great-granddaughter: Tayen Smutny; brother: Vern (Elizabeth) Conley; nieces: Vicky (Gary) Tully, & Debbie (Kent) Palmer; & nephews: Robert & Jim Conley. Her care & guidance gave her children a loving home life & her wisdom will stay with her family forever. She will be missed. Services will be held at Resthaven Chapel Wed. March 16, 2011 at 1P.M.
