Foster, Billy “Bill” Gene, 76, retired founder of Foster Design, Inc. passed away September 27, 2012. A Korean War Veteran, member Paralyzed Veterans of America and Spinal Cord Injury Program volunteer at the Wichita VA Medical & Regional Center. Bill was preceded in death by his parents Edgar W. and Hilda M. Foster, and sister Betty J. Dotson. He is survived by his son, Gene (Julia) Foster; daughter Jona (Ken) Rohling all of Wichita; grandchildren, Bailie, Olivia, Brittiany and Hannah. Memorial will be Friday October 5, 2012 at 1:00pm at St. Catherine of Siena Church 3636 N. Ridge Road Wichita, KS 67205 with a life celebration following.
