Mr. Windsor had a real influence on my life. We all respected him, he could be tough when it was needed. I learned a lot under him, will regret I didn't take the time to visit him. He will always be "Mr. Windsor" to me.

Rest Billy, until you hear at dawn,
the low, clear reveille of God.

Thank you for your service to this nation.

I just wanted to say that Billy was always a gentleman, kind, and patient. He made no secret of the fact that he adored you, Terri.
I loved to listen to his stories of the war, school, and the life he had as a child. He is special to all of us that knew him as a great guy. Special love to you, my dear friend, Terri.
Love, Peggy

Terri and family, I know your good memories of so many years will comfort you now. I remember Billy so well as my colleague at North High School in the (truly) good old days. I have wonderful memories of time spent with Terri and Billy both in their home. Many friends and former students have a bright spot in their hearts because of Billy and his wonderful smiling presence. God bless and keep his loved ones.

Even though its been 35 years since I took Auto Mechanics with Mr. Windsor I remember him well. He taught a good class and offered help to anyone who really wanted to learn. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Please believe me he is resting in peace. His work on Earth has been completed. Class of 75
