Carolann B. Henderson

She graduated from Verndale Public School. She was employed as a secretary for several years in Minnesota before moving to Kansas where she worked 10 years security at Boeing on Airforce One. She recently had retired from Textron in October 2021 after 21 years as a senior customer service specialist.

She was known as the “work mom” and had a feisty personality. She was passionate about friends and family, her work, and animals. She enjoyed going to casinos and loved going on cruises with Rick (Cozumel being her favorite).

Carolann loved stuffed animals, especially the minions! She was always dressed to a T and loved shopping, jewelry, and getting her nails done! Getting her nails done was always a priority.

She had four children, Forest, Russell, Alicia and Christopher (who passed away as a young child).

She is preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Bernice Mallow, husband William Evans, previous spouses Eugene Gibbs and Harvey Reichel, brother Glen Mallow and child Christopher Evans.

She leaves to cherish her memories husband of 23 years Richard Henderson; 3 children Forest (Rose) Reichel, Russell (Ruth) Gibbs, Alicia (Greg) Johnson, Grandchildren Lisa (Kevin) Reed, Gary Gibbs, Zach Johnson, Katie Johnson. Great Grandchildren: Ayana Gibbs.

Memorial service will be held at Resthaven on August 5th at 1:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to service.
