Liggett, Carolyn Kay, 68, retired Leekers Grocery meat cutter passed away October 23, 2013. Carolyn was preceded in death by her brother, George and sister, Betty. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, R. John Liggett; son, Johnny (Desiree) Liggett of Wichita; daughters, Sherry Liggett of Wichita, Julie (Scott) Heagel of Manly, IA; sisters, twin Marilyn, Thelma, Edith, Phyllis; 9 grandchildren and her beloved pet, Buddy. Graveside service is 1:00 pm Saturday, Oct. 26 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to The Ark Church Children’s Ministry.
