Charles Edwin Dix, 90, retired Manufacturing Engineer for Boeing after 35 years of service entered eternal life on Monday, June 27, 2016. Charles was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #4118 and Past Faithful Navigator of Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Columbia Assembly #0287.
Preceded in death by his parents Arland and Gertrude (Simmonds) Dix, his loving wife Dorothy, sisters Neva Whitelaw and Arlene Wendling. Survived by sons Mike Dix, Rod (Linda) Dix, Steven Dix; daughters Janet Flener, Linda (Fred) Keiser, Deanna Dix, Allyson Dix; sister Nancy Walker, 8 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Rosary 7pm, Wednesday, June 29, Mass of Christian Burial, 10am, Thursday, June 30 both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with Graveside Service at 2pm at St. Louis Cemetery, Waterloo, KS.
