I knew Charlie from the Andover Senior Center where he loved playing bingo.  My daughter, grandson Auden and I enjoyed playing bingo with him most Fridays and he will be sorely missed.  He was a sweetheart!

This man.   There is so much to say and just not enough words to express how he touched my life and so many others.   
When we were young Charlie was a neighborhood dad that loved his family.   He kept all of us neighborhood kids in line, but if one of us needed a bike tire aired up or help with something it was always easy to ask him for help and he would be there.   
Charlie and my dad met when they worked together at Beech, and that led to Janet and my friendship and Charlie being like a dad to me as well.   When him and dad got to talking,  we knew it was going to be until Ruth or my mom came looking for them before the conversation stopped.   Charlie  could make us laugh , he was such a positive role model for all of us.   We could always count on him to be at our softball games as a coach and to cheer us on.  
He saved Janet and I when my car broke down on the Cimmeron turnpike in Oklahoma, by towing my car all the way back home, 
He chewed me out good when I shot Janet with a paperclip and left a welt on her skin.   Like I said he kept us in line. Lol. 
So many stories, so many memories.  This man will be missed.  Thank you Janet for sharing your dad as we were growing up.  God blessed this world with Charlie in it. 
 My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family and friends. 

My heart hurts for the loss of our Grandpa.  He will truly be missed by all of his family and friends.  I have tons of great memories  with him and the good times we had. During this tough time for everyone, I know that we have to be strong and just know that one day we will be reunited once again. ' I thank you Grandpa' for helping me become a better person and will never forget the love you have given us all.                    I LOVE YOU ❤️
