Chelsea Sylvia Hoffman, age 34, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023 at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Chelsea was born July 6, 1988 in Hutchinson, Kansas, a daughter of Steven John and Laura Elizabeth (McCormick) Sanders.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary, Mass of Christian Burial, and Interment will be held in Colorado under the direction of Love Funeral Home in Burlington, CO.
