Rooker, Chevy, 38, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Thurs. Jan. 18, 2018. Chevy was born the son of Terry and April Rooker on Aug. 29, 1979 in Wichita, Kansas. Chevy was a loyal and generous friend to all who knew him. Everything Chevy had, he accomplished on his own. He had a passion for motorcycles. He worked as an independent mechanic. Survivors include his loving companion, Jessica Cravens, children, Izak Rooker, Hannah Stuart, Sleit Rider, Anastasia Tuder, sister, Nicky Scott, brother, Steven Rowell, Ryan Jones, grandmother, Betty Jo, step-mother, Denise Rooker, uncles, Darrell, Larry and Ronnie Rooker, several step-siblings and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Joshua and Jacob Pewitt, . Visitation will be from 6 to 8pm on Thurs. Jan. 25, 2018. Celebration of Life services will be 3pm on Fri. Jan. 26, 2018 both at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Hwy 54, Wichita, KS.
