Hawkins (Bishop), Daisy, 97, passed away February 5, 2016. Daisy enjoyed gardening and beautiful flowers. Daisy was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Oliver "Jerry" Hawkins, and her son James. She is survived by her sons, Stephen (Patricia) and Alan (Dolly), five grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff from Lakepoint and many friends for their kindness. A memorial service will be held February 17, 2016 at 1 p.m. in the chapel at Resthaven. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to The Lord's Diner, 520 N Broadway Ave, Wichita, KS 67214.
