Johnson, Dale Curtis, 85, passed away October 1, 2014. Dale was born in 1928 in Sutton, Nebraska. He enlisted with the United States Air Force in 1946 and was stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany; where he met his wife and was married in 1953. Eventually he was stationed at McConnell AFB and retired in 1976. After leaving the Air Force he worked security for Wesley Medical Center and Beechcraft. During retirement he enjoyed golf and having breakfast at Village Inn. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Ghyslaine, and two sons: Michael and Mark. He is survived by his grandchildren: Brian Johnson of California, Matt (Chastalyn) Johnson, Anne Johnson of Wichita, Amber (Dave) Beck of Andover and 5 great grandchildren, Nephew: Jerry (Sharon) Price of Nebraska. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. in Wichita.
