69, retired SW Bell operator, passed away Jan. 27, 2016 Darlene diligently coordinated her class reunions for the last 50 years and loved spending time researching geneology, but her true passion was her family. She cared for and lovingly doted on her daughter and granddaughters. She was a loving mother,
grandmother, and sister. She will be dearly missed. She is preceded in passing by her husband, Robert E. Main, parents June and Catherine Whitson, and sister Cheryl Whitson. She is survived by daughter Lisa (Devin) Hernandez; granddaughters, Savannah and Gabriella Hernandez; brothers, William J. (Mary) Whitson and Randall L. (Diana) Whitson; and sister Judy Pierce; nieces and nephews, Pandora, Danica, Amber, Nick, Josh, and Jordon; as well as many other family and friends. Darlene’s visitation will be held Sun Jan. 31, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. and funeral service 10 a.m. Mon Feb. 1, 2016 both at Resthaven Mortuary.
