I don’t know you, and you guys don’t know me, but this has been eating at me since I picked her up from Don Hattan Back in May, I was told that the previous owner had passed away and that they bought it off of Mr. Cogdills wife. I don’t know if you guys have fond memories of the car, I just want y’all to know it’s in good hands and will continue to be kept lookin sharp now and will continue to roam the streets until I’m to old to drive. My deepest condolences and I hope all of you are doing ok out there.

I met you and your family one company picnic and David looked so relaxed and happy when he introduced me to his family.  David, did always make me feel okay with what was happening around me...He had my back with my position of my job. He gave me support always, laughed at my stupid jokes. I enjoyed making him laugh and because of that laugh! It brighted my day!!! He was just simply these days but a huge characteristic a Good Man! He is missed! My prayers to you and yours . But we know the Angels are smiling now! 

Great fun times at family get toghthers at Shalas and Franks with Tammy!! You will be soo missed but not forgotten......R.I.P.

David was ALWAYS a ray of sunshine when he came to the surgery center.  He will truly be missed.  Our hearts are saddened.  Davids family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers.  Cypress Surgery Center will miss his smile and ray of light!

I could not have asked for a better son-in-law.  You loved my  daughter and the love you two shared for each other was perfect.  As I aged, you were always there to help when we needed it and very supportive in times of need.  I miss you so much and I loved you as if you were my own son.  God bless you and  I promise I will do my best to take care of your family.  As you always said, "I know that's right."

I have known David for 21 years. A better, funnier,  knowledgeable man I have never known. Every time I saw him no matter how he felt he had a smile on his face and would ask
“how are you “ or say “CHET” in a long drawn out manner. HE WILL BE MISSED !!❤️

Our last conversation with David was so true to his character.  Marcia & I were discussing his color blindness with him, as he had requested a form on yellow vs. white paper.   Marcia asked, if Tammy laid his clothes out for him to wear. David, laughed and said that Tammy didn't lay his clothes out, as he always wore black pants, black socks & black shoes,  as everything matched black!  David, had an incredible sense of humor. David was a great listener & confidant, someone I trusted to give me his point of view. 
Tammy & family know that you are in my prayers. May your memories help you during this difficult time. Above all,  I wish you comfort and peace.

I have nothing but good memories of David, he and I worked for the same company. Whenever we were at company meetings together I would always take the time to visit with him. He was very knowledgeable in his field and was a good mentor for me, he was always so laid-back and easy going .I had my own nickname for him, ( cogsey)He will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
