Wheeler, David T., 70, of Wichita, KS went to be with the Great Union Rep in the sky on Sat. July 26, 2014, after a long illness. David was born in Harrison, AR on July 20, 2014 the son of William and Tessie (Norton) Wheeler. David retired from Boeing/Spirit Aerosystems Aircraft. David served 3 years in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Jeffrey T. Wheeler, brother, Johnnie Wheeler. Survivors include his brothers, James C. Wheeler of Haysville and Frank C. (Wanda) Wheeler of Clearwater and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Tues. July 29, 2014 from 6 to 7pm. Funeral services will be held at 10am on Wed. July 30, 2014 both at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 East 13th St. N., Wichita.
