Born March 21, 1925, Dena passed away July 8, 2016 at the age of 91. Dena graduated high school in Almena KS, married Orland Carver in 1946, and moved to Wichita in 1949. She was a bookkeeper for Santa-Fe-Trucking and retired after 26 ½ years. She was the daughter of Loyd Burd and Daisy McKenna, and sister to brother Doyle Burd and sisters Lorma Ebaugh and Vanetta Sears. She is survived by husband Orland Carver.
