Donald "Hollywooo-d" E. Fortune, age 64, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020. Donald was born August 6, 1956 in Okeene, Oklahoma to Lorene R. Fortune and Emil E. Fortune.

Donald was raised and attended school in Wichita, Kansas. He served in the army and was stationed in Seoul Korea. Donald had a variety of careers throughout his life. He was very active in many sports during his younger years and enjoyed playing softball and played into his adult years. He received his nickname of "Hollywooo-d" during this time.

He is survived by sister Janice Powell; brother-in-law Mike Powell; sister-in-law Judy Fortune; foster brother Morris Potter; nephew Christopher Fortune and niece Keysha O'Donahue (Justin); one great nephew and 2 great nieces to cherish his memory.

Donald was preceded in death by father Emil E. Fortune and mother Lorene R. Fortune; brother Steve A. Fortune.

A memorial service for will be held Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Lakeview Funeral Home Chapel, 12100 E 13TH ST N, Wichita, KS 67206.
