64, passed away on May 6, 2016. She is survived by her mother, Clara Highland of Wichita, KS. Donna was born May 31, 1951 in Wichita, Kansas and resided there until her passing. She was an only child. Donna graduated from Madonna High School in May of 1970. She enjoyed genealogy, loved children and worked as a nanny for several children. She was very quiet and unassuming but loved participating in family events. She was preceded in death by her father Orval John Highland on October 21, 1995. She will be very missed by her family. A Rosary will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, May 11, 2016 with an 11:00 Mass following, both at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 145 S. Millwood Ave, Wichita, officiated by Father Smeltzer. Interment in Resthaven Cemetery, 11800 U.S. 54, Wichita, KS. In lieu of flowers memorials contributions can be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Alzheimer’s Association.
