Dorothy A. "Vicky" Henderson 90, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away September 25, 2016. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, beautiful flowers and loved all animals. Dorothy loved to share stories, attend family get-togethers, and her favorite time of year was when it was snowing and cold. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed camping and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy B. Henderson and is survived by daughters, Monty Welner and Michele Henderson; grandchildren, Justin (Erin) and Brooks (Leslie) Welner; great grandchildren, Riley, Molly, Maddux, and Sawyer. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2016 at Burden Cemetery, Burden, KS. Memorials may be made to Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67219.
