63, retired from Spirit Aerosystems, passed away January 13, 2018. Douglas was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather, known best for his smile, will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother, DeLoris Eckerman. Douglas is survived by wife of 36 years, Christy Eckerman; daughters, Angela (Billy) McCullough and Ashley (Nicholas) Stillahn; father, Keith Eckerman; brothers, David (Barbara), Danny (Michelle Hill), Dennis (Karla), Donny (Wendy) and Dale Eckerman; grandchildren, Aydan and Lyla McCullough and Cooper Stillahn. A rosary will be held 6 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018 and Mass 10 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2018 both at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 1912 W. Grand Ave., Haysville, KS 67060.
