

Clark, Duane Lewis, 94, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on the 1st of August 2015 in Kansas City, Missouri. Duane was born on the 1st of June 1921 in Cora, Kansas the son of Lewis and Celia (Olson) Clark. Duane and Nelda Rose Clark were united in marriage on April 25, 1941 in Goltry, Oklahoma. Together they celebrated 58 years of marriage before her passing in 1999. Duane served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. Duane retired after 51 years from Beech Aircraft as a manufacturing engineer. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Nelda Clark, brother, Gerald Clark, and sisters Edna Hill and Blanche York. Survivors include his loving children, Pat Likins (Tom) and Sue Davison (Reid), three grandchildren, Chris Davison (Heather), Spencer Davison, Laurie Likins-Osbey (George), seven great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Duane will be remembered as an honest and fair man who loved and served God, his family and his friends with joy and tirelessness. Funeral services will be held at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1101 N. River Blvd., Wichita, on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at 11 a.m. Family will be present following the service for visitation. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita. Rev. Peter C.
