Dwaine J Schuldt., 90, went to be with our lord and family on Sunday, May 1, 2016. Dwaine was born Oct. 11, 1925 in South Dakota to Joseph and Pearl Schuldt. He married his high school sweet heart Maxine Mitchell, and relocated to Wichita with their son Michael in 1953. My Dad loved God, his family and sports. He served in the US Navy for 2 ½ years during WWII. Dwaine worked for 10 years with Ediger Consulting Engineers and 21 years with the City of Wichita Water Department. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Pearl Schuldt; sisters, Eyelyn Hurley and Lucille Krcil; brother, Eugene Schuldt; his loving wife of 58 years Maxine, his son, Michael Lee and a stillborn daughter (Feb. 2, 1963). Survived by his daughter, Mary Ellen (Rick) Haugen, grandchildren, Ryann (Hayley) Werner, Sean Werner and Marissa Haugen. A private service will be held. Memorial to Kansas Humane Society.
