Sullivan, Edward E. “Gene”, 98, of Wichita, Kansas passed away at home surrounded by family on Monday Sept. 5, 2016 in Wichita. Edward was born the son of R. F. and Florence (Gardner) Sullivan on July 27, 1918. Edward and Dottie Sullivan were married in Feb. of 1957 in Wichita. Together they celebrated 60 years of marriage. Edward served in the United States Army Air Force during WWII. Gene retired from Beech Aircraft as an Aircraft Mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Survivors include his loving wife, Dottie Sullivan of Wichita, brother, Albert Sullivan of Wichita, many nieces and nephews. Family Graveside Services for Gene will be 10am on Thurs. Sept. 8, 2016 at Lakeview Cemetery, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita.
