EJ Randall

Randall, EJ “Uncle Curly”, 84, passed away February 11, 2017. EJ served in the Army during Korean War and was a member American Legion Post 256. He received the Korean Service metal, Bronze Service Star metal and a National Defense Service metal for his honorable service. He was a dedicated truck driver, turning 80 years old before hanging up his keys for the last time. He was also an outdoorsman who loved to horseback ride, hunt, fish and garden. EJ was a member of West Haysville Baptist Church for over 20 years. He loved his church family and was a longtime greeter on Sunday mornings. He was a people person, could make friends wherever he went and was a very ornery man. In good sport, he teased his family every chance he was given. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be dearly missed and forever cherished. EJ was preceded in passing by his parents, Andy and Zella Randall, children, Debra Ann Randall and Donnie Randall, siblings, George Randall, Ruby Looper and Marie Schupp. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Juanita Randall; sons, Edward (Tena), Kevin (Pennie), and Randy (Cyndie) Randall; daughters, Donna (Steve) White, Sandra (Tim) Haney and Cheryl (David) Olds; sister, Mary Lou Brenner of CA; brother, Arthur “Art” Randall of OR; grandchildren, Andy (Angela) Randall, Amy White, April Cleveland, Mandi (TJ) Popp, Lucas (Trista) Randall, Matthew Cleveland, Tim Randall, Amos (Jami) White, Tara (Andy) Atwell, Amanda Hoover, Garrett Randall, Tiffany (Jimmy) Nagel, Geofrey Hoover, Katherine Hoover, Cody Randall, and Breanna (Charles Frieze) Olds; 27 great-grandchildren, as well as many dear church family members and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and he will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Tues. Feb.14, 2017 at Resthaven Mortuary, and funeral service is 10:00 AM Wed., Feb. 15 at West Haysville Baptist Church (141 N. Lamar Haysville KS). In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church.
