

Eliphanie Delivrancia Louis, 94, entered a peaceful rest on December 6, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas, surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Aunt, great Aunt, a volunteer in her church, a homemaker, and most of all a woman of God.
Born on May 25, 1931, in Lecurieux, Haiti, Eliphanie (Man Dan) was the eldest of 8 children.
She preceded in death by her husband Rev. Dantus Louis, and her son Daniel Louis, Her sisters Julienne and Philoria Casseus, her Granddaughter Sarhajen Ruffin Ferguson.
She is survived by her seven (7) children Ruth Louis, Marie-Helene (Serge) Dolce, Robson (Lizeth Paola) Louis, Ducken (Pamela) Louis, Wesner Louis, Daniela (Romane) Duval, Rita (Jocelin) Bright, her Honorary son Edner Blanc, her brothers Nevelus (Coyo) and Louis-Charles Casseus.
