transitioned on April 26, 2020. She was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Later she moved to Kansas where she was a manager at the Salvation Army for over 10 years.
Elizabeth loved her family and spending quality time with them.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ballard; her children, Marie Wilkinson, Sharlene Gallegos, Bobbie Gail Mayers; brothers, Victor Browning & Jr. “Paz” Browning.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Larry McCarley; daughters Bonnie Castillo & Patricia Kimball; son, Cody Ballard; granddaughter Misty Turner; sisters, Inez Hale, Eva Mae Anderson, Janice Thurman; one brother Vernon Browning; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and a host of family & friends.
