Ponce, Esteban “Steve” G., 62, of Derby, KS died Wednesday April 13, 2011 at 11:25 pm at the Veterans Hospital in Wichita, KS. Steve was a retired Vietnam Veteran. He served in the US Marine Corps. He is preceded in death by his father Jose G. Ponce, 1 son, 1 daughter and 1 grandson. Surviving are his wife Deborah, mother Teodora, 5 brothers, 4 sisters, 5 sons, 4 daughters and 17 grandchildren. Funeral service is 10:00 am Monday, April 18 at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel. A memorial has been established with the Disabled American Veterans.
