87, retired Elevator Mechanic for Montgomery Elevator, passed away December 24, 2016. Eugene was preceded in death by the mother of his children, June (Rigby) Foster, and parents, Leonard and Adeline Foster. He is survived by his wife, Betty Foster; son, Brian (Janine) Foster; daughter, Lynne Foster; grandchildren Brianna (John) Morphis, Katlin (Chris) Hickerson, Meghan (Greg) Rauch; and 4 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held at 2:00 pm with funeral service to follow at 3:00 pm at Ascension Lutheran Church 842 N. Tyler, Wichita, KS, 67212, on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Memorials may be made to the Kansas Humane Society.
