Felix M. Perez Sr.

77, was born March 15, 1943 in Kinsley, Kansas to the parents of Clemente and Lucia Perez. He passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He died peacefully of natural causes with his daughter and grandson at his side.

He was a lifetime resident of Kansas. He worked as a heavy machine operator in various counties of Southwest Kansas. He also said “If it had wheels, I can drive it.” After retiring, he had to stay busy. He had more time to enjoy outdoors; mowing, gardening and working on his automobiles, or even climbing on his roof to fix his house up. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.

People that knew him knew that he was known for his GREAT SMILE and CONTAGIOUS LAUGH. If anyone needed help he would be there with his tools in hand.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clemente and Lucia Perez; brothers, Guadalupe Perez Sr., Pete Perez, Francisco Perez, John Perez, Terry Perez and Manuel Perez; sisters, Trinidad Ruiz and Jane Bronson; daughter-in-law, Blythe Perez

He is survived by his children, Felix M. Perez Jr., Tina M. Eveland, Joseph C. Perez, and Dale Rocky M.(Kristina) Perez; grandchildren, Lance (Samantha) Perez, Luke (Sayuri) Perez, Connie (Anthony) Carey, Thomas Jr. (Bobbi) Eveland, Aaron Eveland, Joei Perez, Levi Perez, Martean Perez, Hayden Perez, Dominik Perez, Autumn Perez, and Pax Perez; Great grandchildren, Carter Perez, Macoy Perez, BellaAnne Perez, Cole Perez, Emma Lynn Carey, Mackenzie Carey, James Carey, Luria Perez, Kane (Blakely) Eveland, Rhoni Eveland, Riley Eveland, Roman Eveland; great-great grandchildren, Zoey Eveland, Kane Eveland Jr., Kohen Eveland; brothers, Raymond (Cindy) Perez, Anthony (Darla) Perez; sisters, Eleanor (Leon) Sanders and Linda (Frank) Garcia and many many family and friends.
