Frank J. Avila, age 88, passed away May 19, 2021. He was born on October 4, 1932 to Miguel and Refugio Avila in Wichita, KS. Retired painter at Learjet and proudly served in the United States Army. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Jessie Guerrero, Urban Avila, Roman Avila, Cora Abney, Juby Moreno, Virginia Nicholas and Ray Avila. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Cecilia Avila; daughter, Gloria Gustin; sisters, Carmen Powell, Betty Trujillo and Victoria Estrada; grandchildren, Erik Avila and Joshua Gustin; and great grandchildren, Julian Gustin, Apollo Gustin and Elinor Avila.
