Born on June 9, 1933, in Konawa, Oklahoma, Frank was the son of German and Myrtle Nunley. He grew up with the values of hard work, loyalty, and perseverance that would define his life and leave a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
On December 31, 1957, Frank married the love of his life, Dolly. Together they built a life grounded in love, family, and unwavering devotion. Their marriage of 62 years was a testament to enduring love and partnership, and Frank treasured every moment they shared.
Frank proudly served his country in both the United States National Guard and the United States Air Force for four years. Following his military service, he dedicated nearly four decades of his life to Boeing Computer Services, retiring after 39½ years of Dedicated service. His strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence earned the respect of colleagues and friends alike.
Family was always at the center of Frank's life. In retirement, he enjoyed spending precious time with Dolly and the generations of family that followed. He found great joy in country music and was rarely happier than when he had a guitar in his hands. Whether playing for family gatherings or among friends, Frank's music brought smiles, laughter, and cherished memories to those around him.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, German and Myrtle Nunley; his beloved wife, Dolly Nunley; his daughter, Theresa M. Nunley; his great-granddaughter, Emily; and his five siblings.
He leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure his memory: his sons, Scott (Roberta) Nunley and Clifford Robinson; grandchildren Rita (Donald), Randy (Angie), Bryan (Gina), Kyle (Kayla), Jamie (Tilor), Logan (Desiree), and Matthew; along with 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. His family was his greatest source of pride, and his legacy lives on through each of them.
Frank will be remembered as a devoted husband, proud veteran, hardworking provider, talented musician, and beloved patriarch. His strength, kindness, wisdom, and steady presence touched countless lives. Though he will be deeply missed, the love he shared and the example he set will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

A visitation will take place on September 1st, 2026 at 9:00AM with Funeral service following at 10:00AM at Lakeview Funeral home at 12100 E. 13th St. N, Wichita, KS 67206 then Graveside in Veterans at Lakeview Cemetery.
