Fred was born in Wichita, KS to parents, Frederick Richard and Esther Helen (Linnen) Clark, Sr. Fred served in the U.S. Army where he was part of the 82nd Airborne Division. He is survived by sister, Melinda Duvall; aunt, Juanita Packard; nieces, Tracey McFarland, Sarah Trower; nephews, Terrance Collins, Thomas Trower and many cousins, Kelly Packard, Michael Packard, Jim Posey, Bonnie Skaggs, Viola Moore, Namoa Cartright, Melvin Brock, Iola Arnold, Freddy Joe Moore, Steve Clark, Roger Clark and Marilyn Messner. Services were held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Resthaven Mortuary with burial at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery in Winfield, KS.
